Nsuregrowth - HR Policy
i. Preparation
If the HR feels that any change in the policy or a new policy is required, she proposes it to the Management. After receiving approval, the HR circulates it to the employees for whom the policy is relevant for implementation. Please refer to the flowchart for understanding in detail.
ii. Storage
Policies are stored in HRMS but not all. Policies do not present in the HRMS is present on the cloud.
iii. Access
Employees are informed by the HR at the time of onboarding to check the various policies available in the HRMS. The guidance of how to access the policies in HRMS is given by the Payroll Department to the employees.
